Technical Information

Submersible water pumps feature an impeller sealed within the casing, allowing the pump to begin operating as soon as it is fully submerged. Their lifting capacity is very high, as it does not rely on external air pressure to raise the liquid.

Types of Pumps

Single-stage pumps are used for drainage, wastewater pumping, general industrial pumping, and slurry pumping. Submersible pumps are primarily used to extract water from wells.

Applications: They can also be used in fuel storage tanks. By increasing the pressure at the bottom of the tank, liquids can be lifted more efficiently than by drawing them upwards through suction from above.
